Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It has a delicious raspberry flavor. An adequate supply of nutrients plays an important role in energy and performance. Doppelherz B12 Vita-Energy contains 350 µg of high-dose vitamin B12 as well as three selected B vitamins and the protein components L-glutamine and L-serine. Vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and niacin contribute to normal energy metabolism, reduce tiredness and fatigue and support a normal function of the nervous system. Ingredients: Water, fructose, isomaltulose**, L-glutamic acid, L-serine, inulin, citric acid (acidifier), natural flavor, potassium sorbate (preservative), sodium benzoate (preservative), nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, elderberry extract, anti-caking agent, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), cyanocobalamin. **Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.** Recommended intake: Drink the contents of the bottle once a day.
